<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p>Craft and execute brand strategy</p>
<p>Develop positioning, voice, and messaging that clearly communicate Hira</p>
<p>’</p>
<p>s ethos</p>

<p>Campaign & Content Development</p>
<p>Build marketing campaigns (launches, seasonal promotions) with engaging</p>
<p>creative content (social posts, blog narratives, ad assets) that reflect the brand's</p>
<p>emotional tone and aesthetic.</p>
<p>Digital & Social Media Leadership</p>
<p>Oversee social media strategy to ensure brand coherence. Manage creative</p>
<p>direction, content calendar, influencer collaborations, and campaign performance</p>
<p>across platforms.</p>
<p>Consumer Insights & Market Strategy</p>
<p>Monitor fragrance trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences. Use</p>
<p>insights to refine positioning and recommend new product ideas or collections.Cross-Functional Collaboration</p>
<p>Work with product development (scents & design), digital teams (e-commerce,</p>
<p>web), and external partners (photographers, influencers, PR) to execute cohesive</p>
<p>brand activations.</p>
<p>Performance Analytics & Reporting</p>
<p>Track KPIs like social engagement, campaign ROI, sales lift, brand awareness</p>
<p>metrics. Present insights to stakeholders and optimize strategy accordingly.</p>
<p>Brand Storytelling & Community Building</p>
<p>Maintain consistent brand narrative across all platforms, including packaging, site</p>
<p>copy, social media, and customer communications, nurturing emotional connection</p>
<p>with customers.</p>
<p>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</p>
<p>Experience:</p>
<p>3–7 years in brand management, ideally within beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or consumer brands.</p>
<p>Skills:</p>
<p>Strong storytelling and creative strategy</p>
<p>Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)</p>
<p>Data-driven mindset: ability to use analytics for decision-making</p>
<p>Project management: capable of managing timelines, agencies, and internal stakeholders</p>
<p>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration ability</p>
<p>Additional Traits:</p>
<p>Passion for sensory storytelling and perfume culture</p>
<p>Aesthetic sensibility aligned with clean, elegant design and branding</p>
<p>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</p>
<p>Experience working with high-velocity consumer startups or challenger</p>
<p>brands</p>
<p>Prior experience with fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle categories</p>
<p>Past leadership of 0-to-1 or 1-to-100 scale-up journeys</p>
