This&nbsp;<br /> pivotal role involves day-to-day accounting mainly involving Payables, Receivables, Payroll,&nbsp;<br /> Taxation, General Ledger and Fixed Assets while contributing directly to the company&#39;s growth&nbsp;<br /> and success. &nbsp;<br /> Key responsibilities :- &nbsp;<br /> Financial Reporting Manager Job Brief We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial&nbsp;<br /> Reporting Manager to manage our financial reporting and analysis functions. Financial&nbsp;<br /> Reporting Manager responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of financial reports,&nbsp;<br /> implementing financial policies, and maintaining the financial health of the organization. &nbsp;<br /> Our ideal candidate is familiar with all aspects of financial management ranging from simple&nbsp;<br /> accounting to broad investment and banking operations. Ultimately, the role of the Financial&nbsp;<br /> Reporting Manager is to safeguard our company by managing and planning the company&rsquo;s&nbsp;<br /> financial strategy in compliance with all legal requirements. &nbsp;<br /> &bull; Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports &nbsp;<br /> &bull; Oversee the company&rsquo;s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on&nbsp;<br /> accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations &nbsp;<br /> &bull; Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support &nbsp;<br /> &bull; Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial information &nbsp;<br /> &bull; Review, monitor, and manage budgets &nbsp;<br /> &bull; Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to&nbsp;<br /> external auditors &bull; Develop strategies to minimize financial risk &bull; Report to the CFO with timely&nbsp;<br /> and accurate financial information &bull; Comply with all financial regulations and standards &nbsp;<br /> Qualification&nbsp;<br /> Must be a Qualified CA with min 4-6 years of work experience &nbsp;<br /> Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) / Accounting Software like Oracle and &nbsp;<br /> Sound understanding of accounting standards; Hands on record to report processes &amp;&nbsp;<br /> reconciliation&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Proven work experience as a Financial Manager or similar role&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Strong knowledge of accounting, data analysis and forecasting methods &nbsp;<br /> &bull; Ability to strategize and solve problems &nbsp;<br /> &bull; Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP)&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus&nbsp;</div>
