About the Role: <br />
Being a Manager Finance entails overseeing financial operations within the company. This <br />
pivotal role involves day-to-day accounting mainly involving Payables, Receivables, Payroll, <br />
Taxation, General Ledger and Fixed Assets while contributing directly to the company's growth <br />
and success. <br />
Key responsibilities :- <br />
Financial Reporting Manager Job Brief We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial <br />
Reporting Manager to manage our financial reporting and analysis functions. Financial <br />
Reporting Manager responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of financial reports, <br />
implementing financial policies, and maintaining the financial health of the organization. <br />
Our ideal candidate is familiar with all aspects of financial management ranging from simple <br />
accounting to broad investment and banking operations. Ultimately, the role of the Financial <br />
Reporting Manager is to safeguard our company by managing and planning the company’s <br />
financial strategy in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports <br />
• Oversee the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on <br />
accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations <br />
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support <br />
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial information <br />
• Review, monitor, and manage budgets <br />
• Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to <br />
external auditors • Develop strategies to minimize financial risk • Report to the CFO with timely <br />
and accurate financial information • Comply with all financial regulations and standards <br />
Qualification <br />
Must be a Qualified CA with min 4-6 years of work experience <br />
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) / Accounting Software like Oracle and <br />
Sound understanding of accounting standards; Hands on record to report processes & <br />
reconciliation <br />
• Proven work experience as a Financial Manager or similar role <br />
• Strong knowledge of accounting, data analysis and forecasting methods <br />
• Ability to strategize and solve problems <br />
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP) <br />
• Professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus </div>
