Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Science Engineer for our Advanced Analytics and Big Data Team. The primary purpose of this role is to generate insights for data-driven decision-making in the finance and financial services domain.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to build innovative cognitive AI applications and chatbots.
• Conduct full-stack development and product management, focusing on AI conversation voice chatbots, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning solutions.
• Apply statistical data modeling and big data tools to refine and optimize data searching, indexing, and processing methods to acquire meaningful insights.
• Source, integrate, and manage data to ensure high-quality, clean, and actionable information for analysis.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, managing projects from inception to execution, ensuring delivery meets objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
• Implement advanced AI models and algorithms through design, development, and deployment using cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Graduates from top-rated universities preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Pyspark.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms, including tree-based methods, regression techniques, and deep learning (ANN, CNN, RNN).
  • Knowledge of big data platforms including Azure, Spark, and Databricks.
  • Familiarity with data engineering tools, such as MS SQL, SQL, and Oracle.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to translate business needs into data science problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative AI models, conversational chatbots, and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, such as hypothesis testing and correlation analysis.
• Knowledge of technologies including TensorFlow, Keras, Numpy, and Pytorch.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and handling large datasets from diverse sources.

Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience focusing on applied AI, ML, and deep learning.
• Practical experience in end-to-end model development, deployment, and performance monitoring.
