• Core responsibilities include working with Engineering and Product Leaders as stakeholders for business-critical features. For new releases, this person will work with business teams to drive the traction higher. • This role needs to be a strong customer/user advocate and constantly think about ensuring that our design products are used well. • Be very data-driven. Maintain KPIs and metrics for the tech org. The right candidate should know the basics of dashboarding in modern BI tools. Automation of reports and metrics with the help of engineering is critical. • Excellent skills in tools like Excel for reporting and ad hoc analysis. • The right candidate needs to be highly collaborative and possess excellent communication skills. Resourcefulness and good stakeholder management will be important for the success of this role. • Good knowledge of scrum tools like JIRA is important. Will need to collaborate on and own some dashboards for burn-down charts and velocity with engineering. • Creating milestone-based execution plans is important. The person will also need to create the right processes for these activities and simplify tracking of all activities in actionable and intuitive reports. Exposure to tools like Gantt charts, Asana, or other project management tools will be a plus
