Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing (Selenium) specifically for Salesforce applications. The role requires a candidate with over 6 years of QA experience, who possesses strong expertise in Salesforce testing, automation frameworks, and related tools. This is a contract position intended for immediate joiners, ideally suited for those who can work in a hybrid model, being present at the client location in Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Gurgaon, or Indore for 2 days a month.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing on Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks that are scalable, reusable, and aligned with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Execute tests, identify and log defects, and work alongside development teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure end-to-end test coverage and support regression testing across multiple Salesforce releases.
• Lead and mentor junior QA team members when required.
• Work with tools such as Jira, QA Complete, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines for test execution and defect tracking.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives to align testing activities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Manual and Automation Testing.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Testing for Sales and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and various automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and defect lifecycle.
• Exposure to code coverage tools and methodologies.
• Proficient with test case management, bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira), and QA reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in leading QA teams or mentoring juniors is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB or Salesforce-related certifications.
• Experience in API Testing and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.

Experience

• At least 6+ years of relevant experience in QA, specifically with Salesforce applications.

Environment

• The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days a month at client location (Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Gurgaon, or Indore).
