The Social Media Manager will own Chosen's day-to-day presence and growth across social media platforms, transforming the brand into a vibrant and engaging voice that resonates with audiences. This role is critical in building brand awareness and fostering a community around the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Own social media business as usual (BAU) — strategy, calendar, and publishing across channels.
  • Grow and engage the audience and manage on-channel community interactions.
  • Partner with copy and design teams to produce scroll-stopping content that captivates audiences.
  • Collaborate on influencer partnerships and campaign activities on social media.
  • Track trends and quickly adapt strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand (Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or beauty industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong instinct for content creation and fluency with social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
  • Comfort with data and ability to use metrics for continuous improvement and iteration.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with creative teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the beauty or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sectors.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management.
