Job Summary

The Lead - Product, Process, Sales Support & Channel Management role is largely focused on sales coordination and fostering cross-functional synergy. This position acts as the connecting link between Sales and internal functions such as IT, Operations, Credit, and Policy, ensuring smooth execution of the Loan Against Investments business (LAS and LAMF).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and Operations to streamline processes and improve turnaround times.
  • Manage channel distribution including onboarding, activation, and ongoing partner management across Multi-Financial Distributors (MFDs), broking, and institutional tie-ups.
  • Oversee brokerage structures and payout management across channels.
  • Drive sales and distribution campaign management, including planning, rollout, and tracking.
  • Support sales enablement through tools, collateral, and training.
  • Track product and process gaps and drive timely closures with respective teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-12 years in financial services (NBFC/lending/wealth/mutual funds).
  • Skills:
    • Strong cross-functional coordination
    • Channel management
    • Campaign execution experience
    • Structured and hands-on approach
    • Comfortable operating in a build-stage environment
    • Exposure to LAS/LAMF or the MFD ecosystem is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of financial services regulations.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven lending platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in roles involving sales support and channel management.
