We are looking for an experienced Zonal Collection Manager to lead and oversee our collection operations in the North/South region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of collection executives, strategizing and implementing collection strategies, and ensuring timely recovery of overdue loan payments. The Zonal Collection Manager will play a crucial role in minimizing non-performing assets (NPAs) and ensuring the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize loan recovery while maintaining customer relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors for legal and recovery services.
• Review and approve settlement offers and negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent customers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to loan collections.
• Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance and key metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as credit, risk management, and customer service, to develop strategies that reduce delinquency rates.
• Manage and allocate collection resources efficiently to achieve targets and meet company objectives.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the collection team.
