Basic background in distribution management ideally in building and construction products (FMCD/Paints/ Adhesives/ Plumbing; FMCG and high quality talent from other industry as a fall back option) with the smarts to also manage or support B2B ecosystem  . About 10-15 years of experience including proven history of managing medium to large teams (10+ including indirect) including indirect sales force. Ideally engineers with good techno commercial skills - MBA desirable . Compensation range tbd. Should have the ability to hire and retain high quality distributors , have above average analytics and strong people and relationships building skills.
