Thank you so much for sharing with us the detailed download on the National - Segment Head - HNI role.

Our understanding of the role is as follows:

Looking for an incumbent with 15+ years of experience in driving and building the HNI segment both in AUM & market share
The ideal candidate should preferably have a good understanding of acquiring & strategising the HNI business.
The role will report to the Business Head - Nitin Gupta and will be based out of Mumbai.
The National team handling role will have 5 to 7 regional managers directly reporting onto the role.
Compensation: Up to 60 to 65 LPA on Fixed & Performance - Based Variable Pay.
Pool to be tapped: Open to considering candidates from top wealth players such as ISec, Axis Privy etc.
