Job Summary

The ServiceNow SecOps VR Specialist is responsible for implementing and optimizing Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to enhancing the organization's security posture and streamlining vulnerability management processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps VR modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow SecOps solutions with other security tools and IT systems such as Qualys, Tenable, and GitHub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop workflows, scripts, and automation rules to streamline vulnerability response processes.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of SecOps VR solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow SecOps applications.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices in SecOps and VR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7 to 9 years of experience in ServiceNow SecOps VR implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and security operations processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules such as Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) principles.
• Experience in automation tools and techniques.

Experience
