<div>Job Title Business Analyst - Project Management<br /> Grade 2B<br /> Level Experienced Colleague<br /> Job Function Finance<br /> Job Sub Function Finance Operations<br /> Reports to Manager<br /> Location Mumbai<br /> Business Area M&amp;amp;G Global Services<br /> Overall Job Purpose<br /> The purpose of this role is to support the project team in the role of a business analyst. The<br /> Business Analyst will be responsible for the successful delivery of the requirements specifications<br /> needed to deliver on the relevant project / workstream objectives.<br /> Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)<br />  Produce requirements (epics and user stories), perform interviews, analysis documents, run<br /> workshops, define or record business process, prototyping scenarios, data analysis, task and<br /> workflow analysis.<br />  Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose<br /> high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general<br /> understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.<br />  Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal parties to analyse information<br /> needs, functional requirements, existing capabilities and feasibility, with the objective of delivering<br /> a clear implementation framework.<br />  Work independently and with users to define concepts and under direction of the project manager<br /> Additional Responsibilities :<br />  Drive and challenge project team members on their assumptions of how they will successfully<br /> execute their plans.<br />  Leverage strong analytical skills required to gain a thorough understanding of how to interpret<br /> customer business needs and translate them into applicable operational requirements.<br />  Collaborate with implementation teams and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision<br /> and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.<br />  Provide high level solution validation against requirements.<br />  Ensure that technology build is completed to specifications, and testing system elements of the<br /> operating model.<br />  Work with the Product business teams to ensure operational readiness.<br />  Work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance<br /> controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment,<br /> customer outcomes<br />  Demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment,<br /> monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely<br /> and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise</div> <div>Key Stakeholder Management</div> <div>Restricted</div> <div>Internal<br /> - Finance Teams within the M&amp;amp;G Business<br /> - Project Support Teams</div> <div>External<br /> - N/A</div> <div>Knowledge, Skills, Experience &amp;amp; Educational Qualification</div> <div>Knowledge &amp;amp; Skills (Must Have) :<br />  Project Management experience<br />  Confidence &amp;amp; excellent communication<br />  Client and delivery focussed<br />  Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation &amp;amp; externally.<br />  Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills<br />  Time Management and Workload Planning Skills<br />  Good interpersonal skills.
