SAP CRM Functional

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with over 12 years of overall experience and deep expertise in SAP CRM design and configuration. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and implementing full cycle CRM projects that align with critical business needs. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage complex business challenges independently while collaborating with distributed teams to deliver effective functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and Configure Solutions: Architect and configure SAP CRM solutions while customizing base settings such as date profiles, status profiles, action profiles, and organization determination.
• Full Cycle Implementations: Lead and manage end-to-end CRM projects, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Process Management: Oversee case and activity management processes, and develop multi-level categorization structures along with master data management (e.g., business partners and products).
• Integration and Pricing: Integrate SAP CRM with ECC systems, manage pricing routines, and leverage deep knowledge of SAP CRM utilities and middleware.
• Documentation: Write and validate functional specifications, business process diagrams, and blueprints to support project requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with distributed teams and present functional solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP CRM design and configuration.
• 5+ full cycle implementations as a CRM Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise with base customization including date profiles, status profiles, action profiles, and organization determination.
• Proven experience in case and activity management.
• Strong ability to resolve complex business problems independently.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Educational background in a relevant field (BTech, BSc, MTech, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• SAP CRM Certification (preferred).
• Functional area knowledge of ECC modules (preferred).
• Experience in the utilities domain (preferred).
• Prior experience working in distributed teams or cross-functional environments.

Experience

• 12+ years of overall experience.
• At least 10+ years focused on SAP CRM design and configuration.
• Experience with 5+ full cycle implementations as a CRM Functional Consultant.

Environment

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Work Setting: On-site in a fast-paced office environment.
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.
