Role and responsibilities 1. Understand internal stakeholder needs and create a digitization strategy for the business/ functions 2. Plan future business needs in collaboration with key stakeholders 3. Selecting, implementing and supporting OSP solutions with a project management approach (examples are ERP Implementation, implementing school management system,data warehousing, HRIS implementation, ZOHO etc) 4. Conduct Portfolio management of applications and undertake 3rd party servicesevaluation 5. Plan and manage upgrades and migrations 6. Product Vendor engagement and tracking their deliverables; contractmanagement; 7. Leading team of application owners and mentoring them JOB DESCRIPTION – LEARNING SPECIALIST Experience and Qualification Essential Desirable  B.Tech/ MBA with 10-15 years post qualification experience  Strong Project Management experience  Solid knowledge of off the shelf product lifecycle management. best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology
