Job Summary
We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with 3–5 years of experience to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves hands-on expertise in ServiceNow upgrades, daily enhancements, and collaboration in an Agile environment. The developer will contribute significantly to our IT service management and operations initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, and Asset Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, prioritize, and implement requirements/stories independently.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code utilizing:
- Client Scripts
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- UI Policies / Actions
- REST API
- Create and maintain Catalog Items using Flow Designer.
- Configure the Automated Test Framework (ATF) for comprehensive testing.
- Design and enhance Employee Center Portal Pages to improve user experience.
- Build and manage reports using native reporting tools and Performance Analytics.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality control checks to maintain high standards.
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Produce and execute unit/system test cases to ensure functionality.
- Document code and application functionalities for clarity and future reference.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configurations.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, and Asset Management modules.
- Proficient in writing and maintaining scripts using Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Experience with REST APIs for ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics features in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Automated Testing Framework (ATF) configuration.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
