Job Summary

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with 3–5 years of experience to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves hands-on expertise in ServiceNow upgrades, daily enhancements, and collaboration in an Agile environment. The developer will contribute significantly to our IT service management and operations initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, and Asset Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, prioritize, and implement requirements/stories independently.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code utilizing:
  • Client Scripts
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • UI Policies / Actions
  • REST API
• Create and maintain Catalog Items using Flow Designer.
• Configure the Automated Test Framework (ATF) for comprehensive testing.
• Design and enhance Employee Center Portal Pages to improve user experience.
• Build and manage reports using native reporting tools and Performance Analytics.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality control checks to maintain high standards.
• Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Produce and execute unit/system test cases to ensure functionality.
• Document code and application functionalities for clarity and future reference.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configurations.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, and Asset Management modules.
• Proficient in writing and maintaining scripts using Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Experience with REST APIs for ServiceNow integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics features in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Automated Testing Framework (ATF) configuration.
