<p><b>Associate Director &ndash; Financial Reporting</b></p> <p><b>Location:</b> Bengaluru</p> <p><b>Reports To:</b> Group Controller</p> <p><b>About the Role:</b></p> <p>We are looking for a high-caliber finance professional to lead our Financial Reporting and</p> <p>Treasury charter as <b>Associate Director &ndash; Reporting and Treasury</b>. This role is critical as we</p> <p>scale toward IPO readiness and build robust, investor-grade reporting capabilities across our</p> <p>businesses. You will be responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, technical</p> <p>accounting compliance, and driving consistency across multiple reporting entities.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <p>●</p> <p><b>Own financial reporting across the group</b> &ndash; ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant</p> <p>statutory and management reporting under Indian GAAP and IND-AS.</p> <p>●</p> <p><b>Lead quarterly and annual financial statement preparation</b>, working closely with</p> <p>internal and external auditors.</p> <p>●</p> <p><b>Act as the technical accounting subject matter expert</b> for the organization; assess</p> <p>and implement new accounting standards and ensure appropriate disclosures.</p> <p>●</p> <p><b>Drive IPO-aligned reporting practices</b>, including audit readiness, restatements,</p> <p>consolidated entity reporting, and regulatory filings.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Partner with FP&amp;A, business finance, and investor relations teams to ensure alignment</p> <p>between internal and external reporting frameworks.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Build and scale internal SOPs, reporting templates, and close calendar for group-wide</p> <p>implementation.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Liaise with external advisors, valuation experts, and consultants to ensure accounting</p> <p>treatment aligns with industry benchmarks.</p> <p><b>Qualifications:</b></p> <p>●</p> <p><b>Chartered Accountant (CA)</b> with 8&ndash;12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Strong exposure to <b>IND-AS</b>, <b>consolidation</b>, and complex technical accounting areas</p> <p>(e.g., revenue recognition, ESOP accounting, mergers).</p> <p>●</p> <p>Prior experience in a <b>pre-IPO or listed company</b> is strongly preferred.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous</p> <p>environments.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Strong stakeholder management with auditors and senior leadership.</p> <p><b>Nice to Have:</b></p> <p>●</p> <p>●</p> <p>Experience with <b>IPO filing processes</b> (DRHP/FRHP) or working with Big 4 auditors.</p> <p>Ability to build and lead small teams while working hands-on when needed.</p>
