Job Summary

We are seeking a Java Developer with practical experience in Java (Spring Boot), microservices, and event-driven architectures. In this role, you will guide a team of developers, contribute to solution design, support code quality, and help shape architectural decisions that promote scalability, resilience, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-quality microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to event-driven systems using Apache Kafka or similar technologies.
• Work with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases to support efficient data modeling and performance.
• Participate in solution design studies, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technology evaluations.
• Promote coding standards, conduct code reviews, and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Java, with practical experience in Spring Boot.
