Consultant - Finance Media

Job Summary

The Consultant - Finance Media will play a key role in the processing and validation of vendor bills related to media and non-media transactions. This position involves collaboration with various internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing, along with managing vendor queries related to bill status and payments. The primary objective is to maintain efficient financial operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate media and non-media vendor bills.
• Coordinate approval processes with internal stakeholders, including the media team, finance, and procurement departments.
• Resolve vendor queries concerning bill status and payments.
• Ensure timely submission of bills for payment processing.
• Maintain a detailed tracker for invoices and payments.
• Support audit requirements through necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance (preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage timelines.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and coordination skills for interaction with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Evaluates vendor bill processing efficiency and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with advanced Excel functionalities and data analysis techniques.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance operations, specifically handling vendor bills and related processes.
