Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) using Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher Reports.

• Create and maintain complex Fast Formulas for Time & Labor, Absence Management, and eligibility logic, ensuring alignment with business rules.

• Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud using tools such as:

  • HCM Data Loader (HDL)

  • Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Eligibility, Time Entry)

  • OTBI & BI Publisher Reports

  • HDL and PBL data loads

• Develop technical components including integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) if applicable.

• Implement and maintain security roles, data roles, and profile options within HCM.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.

• Analyze and understand HR business requirements across Time & Labor, Absence, and Core HR modules, translating them into technical specifications.

• Participate in solution design workshops, contributing both technical and functional perspectives.

• Provide guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and functional capabilities, including leave policies, shift patterns, and time rules.

• Support UAT, end-user training, and post-implementation review.

• Document functional use cases, solution design, and technical configurations.
