<div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div>Job Title: Head of Operations &ndash; E-commerce<br /> Location: Panchkula<br /> Experience: 10&ndash;15 years<br /> Compensation: ₹20&ndash;25 LPA<br /> <br /> About the Role<br /> <br /> We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and scale all operational aspects of our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation tools, supply chain management (SCM), logistics, warehouse operations, customer experience, and cross-border e-commerce operations.<br /> <br /> This role requires a strategic leader who can streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and drive cost-effective growth across national and international markets.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> <br /> 1. Operations Strategy &amp; Execution<br /> <br /> Develop and implement the overall operations strategy aligned with business goals.<br /> <br /> Drive process optimization and efficiency across order management, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.<br /> <br /> Introduce automation and digital tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability of operations.<br /> <br /> 2. Supply Chain &amp; Logistics<br /> <br /> Manage end-to-end supply chain: procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery.<br /> <br /> Identify and onboard logistics partners for domestic and international shipping.<br /> <br /> Optimize supply chain performance using analytics, forecasting, and demand planning tools.<br /> <br /> 3. Automation &amp; Technology<br /> <br /> Implement automation tools (ERP, WMS, OMS, RPA, etc.) to improve operational efficiency.<br /> <br /> Collaborate with tech and product teams to integrate AI/ML-based automation for order tracking, returns, and inventory.<br /> <br /> Drive adoption of data-driven dashboards and analytics for decision-making.<br /> <br /> 4. Cross-Border Operations<br /> <br /> Manage international fulfillment, customs, compliance, and global logistics partners.<br /> <br /> Optimize cost structures and service levels for cross-border e-commerce operations.<br /> <br /> 5. Budgeting &amp; P&amp;L Management<br /> <br /> Prepare and manage operational budgets and forecasts.<br /> <br /> Drive cost optimization without compromising service levels.<br /> <br /> Ensure financial discipline and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.<br /> <br /> 6. Team Leadership<br /> <br /> Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team across functions and geographies.<br /> <br /> Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.<br /> <br /> Key Skills &amp; Qualifications<br /> <br /> Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Management.<br /> <br /> 10+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with at least 3&ndash;5 years in a leadership role.<br /> <br /> Proven expertise in SCM, logistics, automation tools, and process optimization.<br /> <br /> Strong understanding of e-commerce technology platforms (Shopify, Magento, custom platforms, etc.).<br /> <br /> Experience in domestic and international e-commerce operations.<br /> <br /> Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.<br /> <br /> Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.<br /> <br /> Preferred Tools &amp; Technologies<br /> <br /> ERP: SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Zoho ERP<br /> <br /> WMS / OMS: Unicommerce, Vinculum, EasyEcom, or similar<br /> <br /> Automation / RPA: UiPath, Automation Anywhere<br /> <br /> Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
