Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Web Developer to join our team, who will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality web applications. The candidate will leverage their expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular to create scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular technologies.
• Implement microservices architecture to design applications that are scalable and maintainable.
• Conduct automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality.
• Monitor and log application performance in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Consume RESTful APIs and integrate with other web services.
• Apply security best practices in web development to enhance application integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a Java Web Developer.
• Strong portfolio of web applications demonstrating expertise in programming fundamentals.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices.
• Experience implementing security best practices in web development.
• Skilled in design patterns and best practices for enhancing code quality and scalability (e.g., MVC, REST, SOLID principles, DDD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular and/or other frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Razor Pages, React, Vue.js).
• Knowledge of server-side rendering and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Java web development, with a strong emphasis on web application design and implementation.

Environment

Location: Bengaluru. The work arrangement is not specified but may involve working in a collaborative team environment.
