This role will lead social media strategy, content planning, community building, platform-specific campaigns, and influencer collaborations while ensuring all communication aligns with our science-first, dermatologist-led brand ethos.<br /> <br /> ---<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities <br /> <br /> Social Media Strategy & Planning <br />
- Own and execute CHOSEN®️’s end-to-end social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals <br />
- Build and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) <br />
- Translate dermatological science into engaging, consumer-friendly content <br /> <br /> Content & Campaign Execution <br />
- Collaborate with content, design, medical, and brand teams to produce high-quality, accurate content <br />
- Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns including product launches, educational series, and brand moments <br />
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms <br /> <br /> Community Management <br />
- Actively manage comments, DMs, and community interactions with empathy and accuracy <br />
- Build trust-driven conversations around skin and hair concerns <br />
- Monitor brand sentiment and manage escalations in coordination with internal teams <br /> <br /> Influencer & Creator Management <br />
- Identify, onboard, and manage dermatologists, creators, and skincare influencers aligned with CHOSEN®️’s values <br />
- Manage influencer briefs, deliverables, timelines, and commercials <br />
- Ensure content is compliant, science-backed, and brand-appropriate <br />
- Track influencer performance and ROI <br /> <br /> Analytics & Optimization <br />
- Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, growth, and conversions <br />
- Share insights, reports, and recommendations with the Brand Manager <br />
- Continuously optimize content based on performance and audience behavior <br /> <br /> Cross-Functional Collaboration <br />
- Work closely with Brand, Medical, Performance Marketing, PR, and Product teams <br />
- Support integrated marketing campaigns and offline initiatives when required <br /> <br /> ---<br /> <br /> Requirements <br />
- 3–6 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands <br />
- Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, trends, and content formats <br />
- Proven experience in influencer and creator management <br />
- Ability to simplify scientific or technical information into engaging content <br />
- Strong communication, copy sensibility, and attention to detail <br />
- Data-driven mindset with experience using social analytics tools <br /> <br /> ---<br /> <br /> Preferred Experience <br />
- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or dermatology-led brands <br />
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in beauty/skin content <br />
- Agency + brand-side experience is a plus
