Frontend Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves designing and implementing user interface components for JavaScript-based web applications using the React open-source library. You will work closely with our backend developers to ensure seamless integration and excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in frontend development, particularly with React.js.
