| Job Responsibilities - Mention the functions that the candidate will be expected to perform in the role | |||
| Scaling existing devotional businesses of the Company | |||
| Identifying, conceptualizing, building and managing newer opportunities in the devotional space | |||
| Owning the KRAs and success metrics of monetization and engagement for the business | |||
| Driving partnerships at each level required for revenue, content, marketing, etc. | |||
| Managing teams and defining precise periodic goals while helping them to achieve the same | |||
| Owning the P&L of the category | |||
| Building data analytics capabilities and doing meaningful measurement of performance | |||
| Measures of Success (KRAs) - Broadly define the job profile for the employee to enable them to have better clarity of their role. KRAs should be well-defined, quantifiable, and easy to measure | |||
| Grow the existing devotional business | |||
| Launch new monetization avenues in the devotional space | |||
| Manage and scale the team with the right skillsets | |||
| Increase Shemaroo's market share in the devotional ecosystem |
