Job Summary
The Head of Passive Sales is responsible for leading the sales and distribution of the Passive Investments business, encompassing Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Index Funds. This role aims to drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and enhance market presence through effective channel distribution and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and distribution initiatives for Passive Investments, including ETFs and Index Funds.
- Drive AUM growth and enhance market penetration across various distribution channels.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, wealth platforms, institutions, and key channel partners.
- Collaborate with Product, Investments, and Sales leadership teams to increase passive product adoption.
- Mentor and lead a team of 5 members while achieving business outcomes and executing sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12–18 years in Asset Management, ETF Sales, or Passive Investments Distribution.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of ETF products, Index Funds, and passive investment strategies.
- Leadership: Prior experience in leading passive sales and distribution initiatives within a Mutual Fund organization.
- Track Record: Proven track record of driving ETF and passive product mobilization across channels.
- Management: Team management experience preferred.
