Job Summary
The Head of Technology Product is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the vision and roadmap for the company's customer lifecycle, operational automation, and partner enablement platforms. This role involves leading a high-performing team of Product Managers to deliver seamless user experiences, optimize internal operations, and develop growth tools for business partners. The position requires a blend of expertise in capital markets, regulatory compliance, CRM systems, communication workflows, and commercial negotiations, contributing directly to the company's growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Team Leadership
- Define the long-term product roadmap for client onboarding, engagement, retention, and partner technology stacks, aligning with overall business growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and hold accountability for a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and execution excellence.
- Translate complex business and operational workflows into scalable product specifications and oversee execution across agile sprint cycles.

Customer Lifecycle & Engagement Platforms
- Own the enterprise CRM architecture, driving advanced marketing automation workflows, omni-channel customer service tracks, and customer segmentation tools to maximize lifetime value.
- Oversee digital onboarding processes (e-KYC, Re-KYC) and profile modification systems, ensuring a frictionless, fully digital, and regulatory-compliant user journey.
- Build and scale research publishing, distribution, and analytics tools, ensuring compliance with research analyst regulations while enhancing client engagement.

Communications & Internal Infrastructure
- Manage the product lifecycle of telephony and communication systems (IVR/DID), integrating them with CRM for intelligent call routing and analytics.
- Direct the development of a centralized internal portal for cross-functional operations, compliance dashboards, and employee workflows.
- Optimize and secure the Document Management System (DMS) for document storage, indexing, retrieval, and automated archival in compliance with regulatory mandates.

Partner Enablement & B2B Solutions
- Architect and evolve digital solutions for business partners, including partner dashboards, revenue sharing tools, and lead management systems.

Market Intelligence, Evaluation & Cost Negotiation
- Benchmark engagement and operational technology against market competitors and emerging fintech trends.
- Evaluate "Build vs. Buy" scenarios for new applications and tools, conducting technical and functional assessments of third-party vendors.
- Lead commercial negotiations with vendors for CRM, cloud telephony, SMS/Email gateways, and SaaS tools to optimize total cost of ownership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12 – 15+ years in product management, with at least 6 – 8 years within the stockbroking, wealth management, or financial services ecosystem.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing teams of Product Managers and Business Analysts.
- Domain Expertise: Extensive experience managing enterprise CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared, Freshdesk), digital onboarding (KYC/CKYC) systems, and partner/affiliate tech portals.
- Technical & Communication Skills: Strong understanding of APIs, marketing automation technologies, workflow orchestration engines, and telephony integrations (CTI).
- Regulation Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEBI/Exchange guidelines related to client onboarding, KYC, research distribution, data privacy, and secure communications.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is highly advantageous.
