Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire and grow Enterprise and SMB clients.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and existing client relationships, especially within HR departments of enterprises and startups.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, with a strong focus on enterprise deals.
Leverage expertise in HRMS/HRIS/payroll solutions to position the company as a preferred HR technology partner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term revenue.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging HR tech innovations to identify new opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports with data-driven insights.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support sales initiatives and ensure client success.
Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums to build brand visibility.
 
Requirements:

6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRMS/HRIS/payroll solutions.
Proven experience working with HR leaders across enterprise and high-growth startup/unicorn clients.
Strong understanding of India HR/payroll compliance and employee lifecycle processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and close enterprise deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
Self-driven and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed targets.
