Location  Goregaon, Mumbai (Has to report to office) Team  Business Finance Desired Qualifications  Minimum Graduation required  CA / Inter CA / MBA preferable Main Responsibilities  P&L ownership to deliver target revenue metrics  Monitoring outlook on a daily basis  Identifying and implementing actions required on non performing sites  Drive actions in partnership with business stakeholders  Identify key business metrics for continuous tracking and improvement; Highlight trends and causes of variance  Facilitate in preparation of AOP and rolling forecast  Management reporting – Create meaningful reports pertaining to the business vertical  Actively conduct and participate weekly business reviews and provide actionable insights to the management  Perform ad-hoc analysis as per business requirement  Leverage analytics to provide business insights Skills  Advanced knowledge of tools like MS Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint)  SQL knowledge will be an added advantage  Analytical skills and Good aptitude  Comprehend business levers  Good Communication Skills  MIS Presenting and Comprehending Skills  Business process management or workflow management tool experience  Ability to drive cross-functional teams and run projects Personal Attributes  Focused individual, self-driven, display high ownership  Good communication and presentation skills  Ability to drive requirements and achieve objectives  Ability to discuss and debate on logical points with seniors without hesitation Language Skills  English – Good Experience  Prior experience (1-5yrs) in Business Finance / FP&A will be an added advantage  Experience in understanding P&L and measures required to drive revenue/cost  Experience in performing analysis on large data size, ad-hoc analysis
