Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee the financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and internal financial controls. This role requires strong knowledge of Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) accounting standards and financial risk management.

Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate internal audits and statutory audits.

• Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

• Experience

  • 5 – 10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in an NBFC, banking, housing finance, or financial services organization.
  • Experience in handling financial reporting.

• Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC operations.
  • Expertise in Ind AS, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
