Job Summary

We are seeking an Ai First Ui/Ux Designer who will leverage advanced design skills to create innovative user interfaces and experiences that integrate artificial intelligence. This role is crucial in aligning our design strategies with evolving digital interaction models, contributing significantly to the enhancement of user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces for AI-assisted, conversational, and multimodal applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define user interfaces and experience objectives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on insights.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Balsamiq.
• Ensure the designs are mobile-first and responsive, catering to various devices and complex digital products.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility throughout the development process.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: BDES/MDES in Product Design or BE/BTech/MCA/MTech.
• Experience: 8-15 years in UX/UI design, preferably with AI technologies.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq).
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, prototyping, usability, and accessibility.
  • Expertise in mobile-first and responsive digital design principles.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate and improve designs based on user feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of emerging technologies in AI and how they can enhance user experiences.
• Experience in creating documentation for design systems or guidelines.
