SQL Developer

Job Summary

The SQL Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of data extraction procedures and methodologies. This role is essential in supporting the organization's data integration efforts, ensuring efficient data workflows, and collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and deploy data extraction procedures in collaboration with clients.
• Develop recommendations for internal leadership concerning preferred data integration methodologies.
• Work effectively with both internal and external project managers to ensure the timely delivery of implementations.
• Migrate applications from legacy systems to the in-house ecosystem.
• Encapsulate findings through new product integration exercises to support the organization’s data integration efforts.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures.
• Support and contribute to ETL processes and data workflows across systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in SQL development.
• Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL and working with SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes.
• Proven ability in performance tuning and query optimization.
• Client-facing experience in implementing software solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to gain stakeholder buy-in.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SQL development and related activities.
