<div>Position: Head of growth<br /> Location: Bangalore, India&nbsp;<br /> About Born Good (Be Better Personal Care Private Limited)<br /> Born Good is a digital first FMCG brand with a core mission to enable people contribute to the planet in a small yet&nbsp;<br /> significant way. Born Good products are USDA certified and plant based. They are effective cleaners that are 100%&nbsp;<br /> safe and non-toxic. We are a funded startup and backed up RPSG Ventures.<br /> About the Role<br /> The candidate will be responsible for the D2C and E-commerce Digital Growth and Marketing function of the business.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> 1. Growth (performance) marketing on D2C and marketplace channels<br /> a. Drive overall revenue growth on D2C and marketplaces.<br /> b. First time customer acquisition<br /> i. Determine targets and allocate budgets for performance marketing spends<br /> ii. Lead the team to develop creatives, audiences and campaigns to execute and achieve targets<br /> iii. Spends to be executed on (but not limited to) google, facebook, affiliates etc<br /> c. Repeat customer marketing<br /> i. Conceptualize and execute campaigns using CRM over channels like SMS / Email / Whatsapp<br /> d. Market place sales on marketplaces including (but not limited to) Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart,&nbsp;<br /> Blinkit, Cred, Big Basket, Firstcry, etc<br /> 2. Creative management &ndash; plan, executive, source and analyze creatives required for growth&nbsp;<br /> 3. CRO - Handle all activities that will help in increased conversions such as (but not limited to) page speed,&nbsp;<br /> product page listing<br /> 4. Marketplace optimizations - Ensure listings on marketplaces are optimized, prices are uniform, deals / offers&nbsp;<br /> are consistent&nbsp;<br /> 5. Recruitment &amp; team building &ndash; help scale the team by recruiting talent into Born Good&nbsp;<br /> 6. Work with operations team to plan and allocate stock to various channels&nbsp;<br /> 7. Reporting - Daily / weekly / monthly reporting formats to be executed&nbsp;<br /> 8. Support with new product development&nbsp;<br /> Skills we are looking for<br /> Must Haves:<br /> &bull; 8-12 years business and / or marketing experience in D2C start-up/e-commerce organizations<br /> &bull; Strong working experience on D2C channels such as Shopify, Meta, Google<br /> &bull; Strong working experience on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, Cred, Big&nbsp;<br /> Basket, Firstcry, etc<br /> &bull; Strong experience using performance marketing to drive traffic growth and brand awareness&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies,&nbsp;<br /> including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels<br /> &bull; Experience in managing digital first brands both from width &amp; depth point of view&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Strength working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Experience in creating end to end online customer journey&nbsp;<br /> &bull; At attitude to learn and being very, very customer centric<br /> &bull; Good spoken and written English&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Fast to respond and good communication skills&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Ability to work in a fast paced environment&nbsp;<br /> Be Better Personal Care Private Limited<br /> #336 &amp; #337 Jonabonda Village, Onnalavadi Post, Krishnagiri District, Hosur 635110<br /> www.borngood.in | info@borngood.in<br /> What&rsquo;s in it for you<br /> &bull; An opportunity to be part of our founding team and get your hands dirty in the 0-1 stage of building a consumer&nbsp;<br /> brand<br /> &bull; An opportunity to work in a passionate team looking to bring change to a traditional market&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
