As of today, we are a 4 -member team and manage about 250-300crs with a mandate to invest only in listed &amp; Unlisted Indian equities. We run a very concentrated portfolio and focus entirely on long term equity investments, with a holistic goal of producing benchmark beating returns.<br /> <br /> <b>Responsibilities:</b><br /> <br /> - Conduct detailed and in-depth research on stocks which are part of the portfolio. The job will require attending conference calls, meeting the management and researching on various databases.<br /> <br /> - Analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry dynamics to identify investment opportunities.<br /> <br /> - Provide well-reasoned investment recommendations to support portfolio decision-making.<br /> <br /> - Collaborate with the investment team to stay ahead of market developments and emerging opportunities.<br /> <br /> - Stay informed about current regulations and contribute insights on how they impact investment strategies.<br /> <br /> <b>Qualifications:</b><br /> <br /> - CA/CFA Master&#39;s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from tier-1 college.<br /> <br /> - Proven experience 5-10 years in equity research, particularly in mid and small-cap stocks.<br /> <br /> - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.<br /> <br /> - Excellent understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory environments.<br /> <br /> - Passion for uncovering unique investment opportunities and driving portfolio growth.
