<div>What You will do</div> <div>Lead the Business Finance function and manage a team of 2-4 Analysts/ Accountants/ Controllers Would be responsible for managing partnerships with Banks and NBFCs and overlooking loan-book reconciliation Responsible for monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance Oversee and manage the continued development of the MIS, Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Operating Plan, as well as ad-hoc reporting and analysis Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies, support business teams in setting up cost metrics, develop risk management framework to closely monitor and manage loan cycles, default rates etc. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives Supporting Founders with in-depth analysis and investor relations</div>
