Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the tools support service, focusing on user satisfaction and service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Azure or cloud architecture (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture and support services.
• Proven experience in managing user-focused technology solutions.

Salary
