SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary

The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role is vital in ensuring that financial data is accurately handled within the SAP environment, facilitating effective decision-making and reporting processes for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize financial processes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO related issues.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure successful implementation of system changes.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct workshops for end-users.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FICO module.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance and SAP Controlling.
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in integrating SAP with other modules such as MM and SD is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in SAP FICO are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
• Prior experience in the implementation of SAP projects.
• Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

Environment

• This role is remote and may involve multiple virtual interactions with teams and clients.
