Role Overview
As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for leading our in-house creative efforts — from concept to execution. You will manage a team of graphic designers and collaborate with the brand and sales teams to ensure all visual communications are consistent, engaging, and aligned with SEREKO’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand design strategies, including packaging, visual identity, marketing campaigns, print collateral, and digital content.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Brand, Sales, and Product teams to bring cohesive brand experiences across channels.
-
Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and external creative partners/agencies to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
-
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design outputs.
-
Oversee packaging development from ideation through vendor coordination, proofing, and production handoff.
-
Work with external agencies and printers to manage prepress, production, and quality control for print and packaging materials.
-
Ensure creative work reflects the latest design trends, market insights, and consumer preferences.
-
Present concepts and campaign ideas to internal stakeholders, taking feedback and refining deliverables accordingly.
-
Drive innovation and raise the bar for all creative and brand expressions at SEREKO.
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative direction.
-
At least 1–3 years of managerial experience leading design teams or creative departments.
-
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, packaging, print design, and digital media.
-
Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a strong understanding of prepress and print production.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills — must be able to articulate and sell design concepts.
-
Experience working with agencies, printers, and packaging vendors.
-
A sharp eye for detail, high creative standards, and strong project management skills.
-
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
