		<div>▪&nbsp;In charge of distributing mutual funds&nbsp;through various channels</div>

		<div>▪&nbsp;The purpose of the role is to increase market share by establishing and carrying out organizational strategies and activities to meet the set objectives through the group of designated distributors</div>

		<div>▪&nbsp;In charge of managing groups of clients for the growth of&nbsp;distribution networks</div>

		<div>▪&nbsp;ensuring that distributors receive regular training on all products and operational practices</div>

		<div>▪&nbsp;Determining the team members&#39; competencies and guiding them toward the targets</div>

		<div>▪&nbsp;Determine potential tie-ups with current distributors, provide the channel team with leads, and organize a drive for&nbsp;the&nbsp;West of India</div>
