Job Summary
The AEM Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for eCommerce and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-based projects. This position contributes significantly to the organization’s goals by ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives and supporting a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for eCommerce and AEM-based projects.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, design, development, and QA teams.
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives and digital strategies.
- Conduct workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Assist in defining business processes, customer journeys, and user experience flows.
- Validate deliverables through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide sign-off support.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital commerce and web content management.
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementation and enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Hybris, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar).
- Excellent documentation skills, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Exposure to integration projects involving payment gateways, order management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, particularly with digital commerce and web content management.
Environment
- Hybrid work setting with locations in Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, and Gurugram.
Salary
- Estimated salary budget is 19 LPA (Lakhs per Annum).
