Responsibilities :-

 Manage annual budgeting and strategic planning processes within existing Corporate

and Division planning processes

 Provide timely and insightful analysis of actual results vs budgeted

 Analyze P&L with emphasis on understanding and predicting customer and product

profitability, supply chain performance and new product development impacts

 Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial analysis & presentation

 Development of the long range plan, annual budget and quarterly forecasts

 Monitor existing and develop enhanced processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of

budgeting and forecasting

 Evaluate financial implications of specific business decisions and opportunities

 Identify and reduce risk

 Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

 Monitor and manage cash flow and financial risk.

 Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business

objectives.

 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance.

 Use technology to automate processes of returns and exchanges reconciliations and

other financial processes

 Build store level P&Ls and capex planning, and calculate break even period of retail

stores

 Monitor inventory levels and ageing, and manage working capital requirements

 Improve gross margins by looking at cost efficiencies in product, sourcing and overheads

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

 Minimum of 5 years of finance experience in an e-commerce or startup environment or

Product Industry.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
