Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue, Retail & Market Share: - Achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets for the assigned region. - Drive minimum 10% market share in the targeted geography through strategic initiatives and competitive actions. - Monitor performance city-wise, outlet-wise, and salesperson-wise to ensure achievement of KPIs. 2. P&L & Business Performance: - Prepare P&L for each city and each outlet and ensure sustained profitability. - Drive overall positive P&L for the region by end of Year 1 through optimized operations, cost management, and strategic interventions. 3. Lead & Enquiry Management: - Review and monitor LeadSquared enquiries at city, outlet, and salesperson levels. - Strengthen lead funnel hygiene, response TAT, follow-up discipline, and conversion ratios. 4. Team Building & Capability Development: - Identify and train high-potential talent for roles such as ASM, TSM, TSE or equivalent. - Build a performance-driven culture through coaching, mentoring, and skill development. - Effectively manage teams from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and demographics. 5. Marketing Activation & Brand Visibility: - Plan and execute BTL/ATL activities in coordination with the Marketing team. - Drive localized brand activation, dealer-level promotions, festival campaigns, and tactical schemes to boost retail. 6. Market Expansion & Competitions Analysis: - Lead market development and tertiary networks in urban, semi-urban, and rural markets. - Ensure qualitative and quantitative improvements in the outlets- footfall, conversion, customer experience, and service readiness. - Gather competitor insights (pricing, discounts, finance schemes, retail performance, etc.) to drive informed decision-making. 7. Financier Tie-Ups & Retail Finance Enablement: - Identify key financiers in the region and support finance team in establishing tie-ups. - Drive financing schemes and partnerships to boost retail sales and improve customer affordability. 8. Strategic Sales Execution: - Implement GTM plans aligned with regional market dynamics. - Manage B2B, B2C, and rural sales channels with strong on-ground execution. - Track industry trends, customer demands, and competitive behavior to capitalize on opportunities.
