Role: Senior Executive – Supply Chain

integrated. We have leveraged this to build a product development process that is 5X faster than
incumbent brands in the category.
The Role
Work directly with the Manager Supply Chain to grow Skillmatics’ Supply Chain both in
capacity and complexity.
Manage Domestic vendor relationships with packaging manufacturers, ensuring consistent
quality and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with product development and design teams to understand packaging
requirements and source materials internationally that meet those specifications.
Manage and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, such as disruptions or delays.
Assist the purchasing department with the procurement of goods and services required by
the organization.
Managing logistics schedule by coordinating with Vendor for production plans - issuing POs
and following up for delivery due dates
Creating sheets for analysis of production and logistics costing
Informing logistics partners in the appropriate format for transferring goods from X to Y.
Input/ Component / Raw Material planning based on Demand.
Track the status of purchase orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely
delivery.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of purchases, prices, and inventory.
Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activity, including cost analyses.
Assist in researching new suppliers and products to ensure that the organization gets the
best value for money.
Open to handle more operation responsibilities, must be flexible with other
operational responsibility.
Worked on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP; not mandatory but highly preferred

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management
