About the Role:
Being a Manager Finance entails overseeing financial operations within the company. This
pivotal role involves day-to-day accounting mainly involving Payables, Receivables, Payroll,
Taxation, General Ledger and Fixed Assets while contributing directly to the company's growth
and success.
Key responsibilities :-
Financial Reporting Manager Job Brief We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial
Reporting Manager to manage our financial reporting and analysis functions. Financial
Reporting Manager responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of financial reports,
implementing financial policies, and maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Our ideal candidate is familiar with all aspects of financial management ranging from simple
accounting to broad investment and banking operations. Ultimately, the role of the Financial
Reporting Manager is to safeguard our company by managing and planning the company’s
financial strategy in compliance with all legal requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Oversee the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on
accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial information
• Review, monitor, and manage budgets
• Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to
external auditors • Develop strategies to minimize financial risk • Report to the CFO with timely
and accurate financial information • Comply with all financial regulations and standards
Qualification
Must be a Qualified CA with min 4-6 years of work experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) / Accounting Software like Oracle and
Sound understanding of accounting standards; Hands on record to report processes &
reconciliation
• Proven work experience as a Financial Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting, data analysis and forecasting methods
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP)
• Professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
