Shared service &amp; operation head<br /> Job description<br />  Currently leading the delivery of a Finance shared service of a medium to large organizations<br />  Deep understanding of accounting principles and their application<br />  Lead and manage the Opex and Capex teams, ensuring their effective performance and<br /> adherence to established processes and timelines.<br />  Implements and maintains a fixed asset inventory process, including recommendations for<br /> disposals of fixed assets, useful life assignment, and depreciation schedules.<br />  Review fixed asset accounting, including entries for additions, retirement&#39;s adjustments, and<br /> depreciation on a monthly basis.<br />  Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making<br /> processes related to operational and capital expenditures.<br />  Responsible accurate and timely MIS reports, , budget variance analysis, and other relevant<br /> reports as required by stakeholders.<br />  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and<br /> provide necessary reports and information in a timely manner.<br />  Continuously evaluate and enhance existing processes to optimize efficiency and<br /> effectiveness within the shared services function.<br />  Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal control procedures, and<br /> support internal and external audit processes.<br /> Requirements:<br />  CA with 4-5 years of experience or M.com with 12-15 years of experience in finance,<br /> accounting, or related fields.<br />  Proven experience in preparing and analysing MIS reports and other relevant financial<br /> reports.<br />  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at<br /> all levels, understand their requirements, and deliver accurate and timely reports.<br />  Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a collaborative work environment,<br /> and drive results.<br />  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and<br /> opportunities for improvement.
