Job Summary

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a critical role in leading the technology strategy for the Wealth & Alternatives platform. This position requires a strong blend of engineering experience, product vision, and execution capabilities to build scalable financial infrastructure that meets the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the technology roadmap for the Wealth & Alternatives platform.
  • Build scalable CRM systems, RM dashboards, portfolio infrastructure, and enterprise operational tools.
  • Develop centralized reporting, workflow automation, and internal management systems.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade financial infrastructure.
  • Build and lead engineering, product, and technology teams.
  • Drive automation, operational intelligence, and platform scalability across business functions.
  • Collaborate closely with business, operations, compliance, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • 10–18+ years of experience in Fintech, Wealth-tech, Enterprise Technology, or Financial Infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in building CRM systems, dashboards, operational platforms, or wealth-tech infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, backend systems, workflow automation, and scalability.
  • Experience leading engineering and technology teams in high-growth environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building Portfolio Management Systems (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), or wealth-tech platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-led workflow automation and enterprise intelligence systems.
  • Familiarity with financial services security and compliance frameworks.

Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in associated fields, with a preference for those with more than 18 years.
