Job Summary
The Head of Product for Marg Books will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of the company's flagship product. This leadership role aims to drive rapid international expansion and ensure that Marg Books evolves into a competitive global Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for businesses and accountants.
Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and lead the global product vision and roadmap aligned with international growth objectives.
- Develop a scalable and reliable product experience to meet customer demands.
- Integrate multi-country compliance, payments, and e-commerce features into the product.
- Balance innovation with execution speed for timely market releases.

International Expansion
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize market expansion and tailor product offerings for regional needs.
- Oversee product localization concerning language, tax compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Work with Go-To-Market teams to ensure effective product adoption and monetization.

- Establish a high-performing product management organization with efficient discovery, design, and delivery processes.
- Partner with engineering teams to maintain a robust and bug-free platform.
- Implement product analytics and customer feedback loops to drive actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to global SaaS benchmarks in usability and customer satisfaction.

- Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement for Marg Books international expansion.
- Define and track critical success metrics such as ARR growth, customer acquisition, and market share.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, aligning business and product goals.
Qualifications

Experience
- 10 to 15 years of product management experience, including 5 years in senior leadership roles focused on scaling SaaS products internationally.
- Proven track record of taking a SaaS/ERP/accounting platform to global markets.

- Strong expertise in developing scalable, modular products prioritizing quality and user experience.
- In-depth knowledge of small to medium business (SMB) workflows and accounting or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with multi-market localization and compliance within global SaaS contexts.
- Commercially minded, capable of managing both product and business outcomes.
- Inspirational leadership skills to align cross-functional teams toward growth objectives.
