Associate Vice President- Sales

Role

The role focuses on a specific client base of the company's sales and involves a combination of planning, coordination, and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue

growth and expand market presence.

• Identify new business opportunities, new markets, and enhance competitiveness.

• Lead BD initiatives for Alea services, targeting new clients and fostering business growth

with existing clients.

• Mentor professionals in BD and lead generation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Negotiate major contracts, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop and refine proposals and communications before, during, and after engagement.

• Ensure targets are met and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and coordinated BD efforts.

• Engage in company activities, high-level cases, and corporate meetings for seamless client

coordination and updates.

• Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the BD team.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments.

• Report to VPs/Directors on BD progress and challenges.

• Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to network effectively and establish strong interpersonal connections.

• Proficient in presentations, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences

• Unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality in

all business interactions.

• Exceptional skills in written English communication.

• Knowledge of due diligence, corporate fraud, reputation risk and compliance.

• Strategic mindset with insights in finance, regulatory frameworks, and business operations.

• Education includes MBA or Post-Graduate in Business Development, Sales & Marketing.

• Professional experience ranging from 10 - 15 years.
