Lead the corporate finance function.  Prepare and review the MIS reports.  Adept at statutory compliance, due diligence, treasury functions.  Ensure the company’s books of accounts are accurate.  Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire finance & accounts.  Collaborate with third party professional accounting and tax firms.  Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's long- term goals and objectives.  Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
