<div>Role Overview:<br />
We are seeking a detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our team. This role requires vigilance<br />
and a focus to monitor, assess, and respond to security alarms and incidents. A high level of<br />
professionalism is expected, alongside excellent communication skills to ensure incidents are<br />
appropriately escalated and recorded.</div>
<div>Responsibilities:<br />
• Real-time monitoring and assessment of security alarms and systems.<br />
• Prompt, efficient response to security incidents and alarms.<br />
• Escalation of security incidents to the appropriate personnel based on severity and urgency.<br />
• Documentation of incidents, including maintaining logs and preparing incident reports.<br />
• Performing other duties as assigned by the SOC Manager.<br />
Qualifications:<br />
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.<br />
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.<br />
• Familiarity with computer systems and a basic understanding of security systems.<br />
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.<br />
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.<br />
• Able to work with highly confidential information.<br />
• Strong decision making during various situations.<br />
• 0-2 years of experience (in a call center or customer service role)<br />
(Prior experience with alarm monitoring or security systems is a significant plus)</div>
