Position/Designation: Manager – Operations<br /> Reporting To: TL of Operations<br /> Level: Manager<br /> Band: Professional Band I<br /> Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate<br /> Location: Mumbai<br /> Experience: 7 to 8 yrs. in Financial Services Industry on the Client Service side of PMS & AIF.<br /> Job Description:<br /> Key Responsibilities – Handling Operations, Client servicing & MIS function<br /> • Manage Operations for Wealth Management under PMS & Advisory set up.<br /> • Managing Client servicing for all Operational matters<br /> • Handle Operations across various Asset & Product class i.e., Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income,<br /> Alternate Asset class (Private Equity, Structured Note), Insurance etc.<br /> • Handle Operations under the various execution strategies i.e., Discretionary & Non-Discretionary (with<br /> POA) & Advisory model (without POA).<br /> • Revenue booking from various Manufacturers.<br /> • Responsible for Billing Clients as per agreed fee plan.<br /> • Fund accounting i.e., ensure that Corporate Actions have been credited to the Client a/c, ensure all<br /> necessary reconciliations are in place<br /> • Maintaining & managing relationships with<br /> o Channel partners i.e., Brokers, AMCs, Insurance Co.’s, 3rd party PMS manufacturers<br /> o Vendors, such as application development vendors, data providers etc<br /> o Regulators such as SEBI,<br /> o Service providers such as banks, depositories, custodian, registrars etc.<br /> o Internal & external auditors<br /> • Identifying additional systems requirement & working with vendors to test the systems deployed.<br /> • Ensuring & following compliance requirements, including SEBI reporting.<br /> Skills Required:<br /> • Well versed with Wealth Spectrum application<br /> • Should have a good understanding of products across asset class.<br /> • Strong process orientation & execution skills
